ONEMOBILE reserves the right to change this Shipping Policy at any time and notify you by posting an updated version of the Policy on our website. The amended Policy will apply between us whether or not we have given you specific notice of any change. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically because it may change from time to time.

1. ABOUT THE POLICY

1.1. ONEmobile is committed to providing you with the highest levels of customer service and this policy has been implemented to ensure you are informed about the shipping process when you order products and services from us.

2. Phone orders

2.1. When ordering a handset, we will endeavour to ship your handset the same day, provided that:

a) We have that handset in stock

b) You place your order before 2.00pm

2.2. All handsets are sent via courier using Australian Air Express’ Airlock service. This is the most secure method of delivery and you must show photo ID to be able to accept delivery of the parcel.

2.3. If you choose to enter a PO Box address as your delivery address; you must be aware that you are accepting full liability of the phone as we cannot send it via a secure Airlock service and we cannot insist on sighting photo ID at the point of delivery. We cannot be held responsible for any handsets that are delivered to a PO Box address that are then not received by you.

3. SIM card orders

3.1. When ordering a SIM card only, we will endeavour to ship your SIM card the same day, provided that

a) We have that SIM card in stock

b) You place your order before 2.30pm

3.2. All orders that are for SIM cards only will be sent using Australian Air Express’ overnight courier service.

4. Delivery of your parcel

4.1. Most parcels are delivered on the next working day, however we cannot guarantee this and there may be instances where your parcel will take longer to deliver – particularly if you live somewhere more rural.

4.2. Please check the details of your order as it will be updated with a tracking number once your parcel is despatched and you will be able to track your parcel.
